Every resident is allocated a Key Worker & Co-Key Worker who are responsible
for supporting individuals in their daily lives. This includes supporting residents
in the care of their room, clothing, possessions, etc.

The plan of care is reviewed with the individual regularly by the
General Manager and senior staff and a multi-disciplinary review
(which includes the General Manager, the Resident, the resident’s
Social Services Care Manger and relatives) is held at least annually
